this is one of those special blades I have to make from time to time to try new things and have some fun. this time I settled for something classy in a very "ancient" way. this piece was inspired by Michelangelo's "Atlas Slave" scultpure. it's definitely not meant to be used in a commercial kitchen but this piece is still very much usable
