haven't done this one in sooooo long. it might the knife that gave me the most recognition few years ago. now it might be a good time to revisit this texture and as you can imagine, food release is crazy on this one

taper from handle to the tip 3.5 / 3.0 / 2.7 / 2.1mm. The taper isn't as significant in order for this texture to work
